After a long (too long!) break, you might notice some changes in the Ad Black Sea Competition categories. But first, let’s quickly swim through what remains unchanged.
As always, there are 11 Contests, each consisting of several categories:
- A - ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
- B - BRANDED CONTENT & VISUAL STORYTELLING
- C - DESIGN & BRANDING
- D - DIGITAL & MOBILE
- E - DIGITAL & MOBILE CRAFT (NEW)
- F - FILM
- G - FILM CRAFT
- H - MEDIA
- I - OUT OF HOME
- J - PRINT & PUBLISHING
- K - CREATIVE EFFECTIVENESS
10 of 11 Contests will be divided for evaluation between 3 Jury Teams, while Creative Effectiveness will have a Jury Team of its own.
Now, for the updates. There are notable additions within the Contests, such as Health & Wellbeing in several of the contests, as well as Creative Use of Budget in ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS and FILM; or Book Design / Cover and Magazines/Newspapers in PRINT & PUBLISHING.
This year we have also added an entirely new Contest DIGITAL & MOBILE CRAFT with categories like UX & Journey Design, Use of Talent & Influencers, Use of XR, etc.
Additionally, there are some novelties that will be interesting for Advertisers as well as Agencies. These apply mainly to DESIGN & BRANDING, where you will find a number of new categories, including Workplace, Public Places/Responsible Spaces and Creative Transformation.
And if that’s not enough of an incentive, this year Ad Black Sea will be giving out a prize for Best Georgian Client of the Festival.
