Under his creative and strategic leadership, his independent agency THIS IS LOCCO has been named Slovakia's top digital agency three years in a row, and country's best ad agency in 2022 and 2023.

He is also the President of the Art Directors Club Slovakia, where he is dedicated to fostering the country's creative community.
