Young Creative 2024 Powered by TBC

This contest celebrates young talent involved in all aspects of campaign or brand creation. It is open to all companies who have submitted their projects to this year's festival (both agency and brand). The winner will be able to chose to attend a creative festival or a course or any other creative educational event, sponsored by TBC within the limit of GEL 10,000

Entry Requirements
Material Requirements
  • 01
    The candidate must have been involved in creation of an entry already submitted to the main contest of Ad Black Sea 2024 (excluding Creative Effectiveness) in any role or capacity on the side of the agency or the brand.
  • 02
    Both Agencies and Brand can submit candidates regardless of who entered the project into the main contest. They can submit two different candidates who worked on the same project. Any company can submit one candidate for every case they submit, regardless of number of categories the case was submitted to. E.g. if a company submitted Campaign 1 in 3 categories, Campaign 2 in 2 categories and Branding case in 2 categories, they can submit up to 3 candidates in total.
  • 03
    The candidate must be born no earlier than October 1, 1999.
  • 04
    Companies can submit a candidate who is either full-time or part-time employee or a freelancer contracted for the project in question.
  • 05
    Judging Criteria for this category is as follows: 40% - overall quality of the entry; 40% - role of the candidate in the entry; 20% - creative potential of the candidate.
