Maia Gurabanidze Georgia Tbilisi With 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, she started her career as a producer at JWT Metro agency. Since 2017, she co-founded the biggest production house in Georgia - Metro Production, where currently she works as a head of production. During these years, she has been working with Georgian and international partners, and has produced over 1000 projects. Many of which are prize winners at various festivals. This year has been extremely successful for her and her team. In the begging of the year, Metro Production has been selected as a member of a Supercluster, which is a global collective of productions. Also, Metro Production has co-produced international project “Reporter Without Borders,” which has earned Grand Prix Lion prize at this years Cannes Lions Festival. This prize has been huge success not only for the company, also for country’s advertising industry. Maia’s main goal is to continue developing the production industry in Georgia, that is important to popularise the Georgian market on international advertising industry.
