Natalia is a content creator, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to opening doors for young people across the Black Sea region and beyond. As the founder of Assistant, a dedicated student counseling service, she empowers youth to navigate international academic pathways and access life-changing educational opportunities.

Deeply committed to civic engagement, Natalia is the founder of Volunteer Hub, the largest youth organization in Georgia, mobilising young leaders across the region. She is also the founder of Salt & Pepper, an influencer agency running high-impact international campaigns focused on social advocacy and digital media. Bridging industry expertise with academia, she teaches Influencer Management and Research Design at the University of Georgia.
