Eko Chubinidze
Personal Brand Strategist
Eko`s career spans some of Georgia`s leading creative, retail, education and entertainment brands. She has served as Client Service Director at Leavingstone, one of the region`s most awarded creative agencies; Account Director at BetterFly, Georgia`s largest full-service agency; Marketing Director at Galleria Tbilisi and Leo Institute; and Marketing & Sales Director at Tamashobana, an innovative multifunctional edutainment space for children and families.
From agency to client-side, across different industries and contexts, one idea has remained constant: building brands people connect with wholeheartedly and communities naturally grow around.
Curious about what truly drives people, Eko immersed herself in personal and leadership development, bringing a deeper understanding of human behavior, motivation, and connection into her branding practice. Today, she works as an independent brand strategist, partnering with brands at moments of transformation - whether they are scaling up, repositioning, or building an identity from scratch.
Alongside her broader brand strategy work, Eko has a special interest in personal branding, helping founders, executives, and independent professionals build authentic personal brands rooted in self-awareness and aligned with their professional ambitions.
Eko is also a contributor to minds&marketing, where she writes about personal branding through practical frameworks, behind-the-scenes processes, and real stories of people building meaningful careers.
