Ricardo is the accident child of a couple who was pretty fulfilled with 2 children. The I'm-lucky-to-be-even-here attitude has guided all his big decisions in life, like moving from São paulo to Berlin at age 23 without a proper plan, or spending half his fortune on Michael Jordan cards. He's won most awards available out there, including Germany's first Titanium in 2019 and Grand Prix for Good in 2024, but his proudest milestone was turning Innocean Berlin from "what is Innocean?" into the 7th Independent Agency In the World. 

Previously at AlmapBBDO and DDB Berlin, he's lucky to have had mentors like Marcello Serpa and Jeremy Craigen. (Google them, kids) After serving as juror at D&AD, Cannes, One Show, and AdBlack Sea, he can affirm that his wife, Paula, is the sharpest industry critic out there. "I hate advertising" she says. Deep down she's just jealous that Ricardo has been to Georgia without her.
