Buying a Pass
Attendance rules, prices, etc.
CREATE / REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT:
- Passes for Ad Black Sea - International Festival of Creativity 2026 will be available for purchase online from May 20 to September 8 or until sold-out. Attendance is open to anyone over 18 years old. To purchase a pass you need to create a new account or sign in with your existing account.
- To use membership discounts, you must select the relevant membership during account registration or update via Edit function on your profile page.
- Users registering as Students must be under 23 years old and will need to provide proof of their student status, such as Student ID or letter from the relevant University or School. Georgian National ID indicating Student status is not sufficient.
- While Ad Black Sea 2026 contest remains closed for entries from Russia and Belarus, we face a challenge to control the nationals of Russia and Belarus, who register as representatives of other countries on our platform. That’s why, if you choose to attend Tbilisi Design Festival in May and Ad Black Sea - International Festival of Creativity in September despite our restrictions, you must declare your unequivocal support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and Ukraine. In order to commit more than words, we will occupy 20% (the same percentage of our country is currently occupied by Russia) of the income from Passes sold to nationals of Russia and Belarus to go to Come Back Alive Foundation (savelife.in.ua), an organisation providing support to the Ukrainian military. By attending these events, you will contribute financially to the fight against Russian aggression. If you are willing to do so, then you are welcome to Ad Black Sea.
- By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge that it is for the entire experience of the festival and not for a specific speaker or event. The festival is not liable for last minute change in the program and no refunds will be available in such cases.
- Holders of a Full Pass and a Student Pass may claim festival's promotional gifts at the registration desk only. Gift bag or any other promotional material will not be available in case of non-attendance.
- Entry at any festival venue will only be possible with a combination of a badge and a bracelet. Lost badges and bracelets will not be issued again. New ones can only be issued in exchange for a damaged item.
- By providing your email during registration, you acknowledge and agree that the information you have provided can be used by the festival to help develop and improve our services and in future marketing communications.
- By purchasing a pass to attend the festival, you agree that in case of cancelation of the festival due to a Force Majeure, your pass will be valid for the next edition of the festival.
- By attending the festival, you agree to be featured in the festival's official promotion photo and video content, as well as any such content made by the festival's official partners.
- Due to age sensitive content and networking activities, attendance at the festival is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Infants under 3 years old can accompany their parents or guardians at the seminars zone only in Sheraton Batumi. In these instances, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the child at all times. We make this exception under the assumption that children of that age won't be able to comprehend the age sensitive content from the stage, if you believe your child is advanced enough to comprehend said content, we advise not to bring them with you. APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION:
- This year, the passes available are: Full Pass, Student Pass, Day Passes, Night Pass. Tickets for each day's afterparties will also be available individually at the door.
- Only attendees with a Full Pass or Student Pass will have access to all festival events and branded material like gift bag, T-shirt and/or other available attributes. However workshops have limited access and eligibility and require registration.
- Attendees with a Student Pass will have all the same access as Full Pass delegates, however they may be restricted from limited access workshops.
- Attendants with Day Passes will not have access to any events on other days of the festival, or branded material like gift bag, T-shirt and/or other available attributes.
- Attendees with a Night Pass will only be able to attend the festival's afterparties. The pass does not grant access to seminars, workshops, networking zone events, award show, or festival branded gifts.
- For all users except Students, once you are logged into your account, you can select any number and type of passes as you wish under "ADD PASS". After adding multiple passes, you will need to provide the following information for every pass: Participants name, Company, Position, and E-mail. Please double check correctness of the email, as it will be used to send QR code necessary for registration.
- Users registered as Students will only be able to purchase one pass for themselves with their account.
- All passes that have been filled out will be placed in “Ready to Buy” section to proceed to payment.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
- As you proceed to payment you will be able to choose between paying by card or invoice.
- For invoice payments, you will need to provide billing information and an invoice will be generated and sent to your email. At this point your Passes will appear as Pending Payment in your Account. You will need to complete payment within 3 working days, after which the passes will appear in the Purchased Passes section.
- Starting from September 9, only if passes are still available, you will no longer be able to buy Passes online. As the festival starts you will only be able to buy a pass at the appropriate accreditation counter, pending availability
